Health and wellbeing have always been at the centre of my life. Before retraining as a Colonic Hydrotherapist in 2023, I worked as a paramedic — a career that gave me a real understanding of how important it is to listen to people, support them properly, and look at the bigger picture when it comes to health.

After an accident left me living with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, I experienced first-hand how much gut health can impact the body. Through my own journey, I found colonic hydrotherapy treatments genuinely helped with my symptoms and overall wellbeing. That experience inspired me to retrain and help others feel more comfortable, healthier, and more confident in themselves.

Since qualifying, I spent 12 months working at the Lowry Hotel before opening my own clinic, Pine Colonics in Sale. Alongside colonic hydrotherapy, I also offer intolerance testing and personalised advice because I believe health should never feel rushed or impersonal. For me, this is much more than just a job.
Gut health isn’t only about digestion — it can play a role in inflammation, energy levels, skin health, and overall wellness too. Every person is different, which is why I take the time to make clients feel relaxed, informed, and comfortable throughout the process.
